We have lots of duck in the freezer since the daily bag limit is 10.
We eat them at duck camp most nights grilled over alder.
Simple grilled duck is easy and tasty, as long as duck is not overcooked.

Elk sirlion smoked for a half hour then finished on screaming hot cast iron. Caramelized onions and mushrooms. Cheesy garlic mashed... I don't make pretty food LOL No ties needed at my house.

Smoking some St. Louis ribs tonight.

Took my leftover deer shank meat, diced it and added it to the gravy. Stirred in some sour cream and black pepper and served it over egg noodles. Daughter has a full belly!

Looks good, but don't quite recognize those things north of the fish. Doesn't look like any meat or potato I've ever seen!

Day 5 today, and my kids have eaten mac n cheese and elk burger twice.
I made Mac and cheese with deer burger with a can of sweet corn. They are their mid-late 20’s now and still love it.

Elk neck roast, 1.5 hours on the smoker at 225 and 2 hours in the oven cover in a pan at 230 with a can of beef consume and a half a can of water Can out pretty good
