me too...
One of these days I'll get a few from him. I decided to upgrade from a votex crossfire 2 and a leupold vx 2 to vx3i's this year. before I new about him I bought a vx3i 3.5x10 from midwayusa for $364.00 shipped. @schmalts didn't have any vx 5hds in stock or vx3i's and his waiting list is probably a mile long. Midwayusa just got the new vx3hds in stock so I ordered one of those on the 22nd, should be here this week. Which are definite upgrades over the other 2 I had so I'm happy. I got my last child in braces now so in a few years I'll be able to afford a scope in the $1500.00 range and he will be getting my business. I've asked him a few questions on here and he has always replied quickly and was informative. I've not been on here long but I bet you'd be hard pressed to find a negative comment about him.
Enjoy your scope my friend has one and it has amazing clarity and it has such good low light visibility the fire dot is pretty much not needed. I put the cross hairs on a dark tree 100 yards away 45 minutes after shooting time and could still see the cross hairs.
