Rem 7MM Mag

I favor Accubonds in .284 cal.

If you reload, I'm partial to RL22 and IMR 4831, in the 7mag.

Like Dan said find what your rifle likes if you don't load. There aren't many 'bad' rifle bullets, and there are a heck of a lot of quality ones. The only thing BC means inside 500 yards is... do I hold over 12" or 15? BFD.

I managed to kill a couple truck loads of elk with Sierra Game Kings... ranging from 30-400 yards. Killed them all quite dead, big holes, little holes... I still won.

The Accubonds shoot a little better for me and I have more confidance in penitration. I rarely recover one. The last elk I shot was head on at about 60 yards. Hit him in the chest and found the bullet in a round steak. Not sure how it made it all the way through, but it did.

This years bull and last years bull were killed with my 7mm mag. They died just as fast as the ones ive shot with a 300um and a 338um. This years 320" bull was shot at 120yds with 160 accubond, last years at 245 or so yds 160 accubond, no complaints on bullet.
