oh and just gotta ask... was that bear sleeping and getting ready to be rudely awakened by a shower of rocks???

Mica Man never came right out and said anything, but I got the feeling that he was not too impressed with the sheep spotting technique I was demonstrating in this photo.

Had there been any fresh sheep droppings within 5 miles of me, I am sure he and my brother would have collected some to place in my close proximity before rudely awakening me.

Thats glacier ice in the background, not a rock cliff... i'm about 99% sure this ptarmigan was what was for dinner, if not it was his partner soon after.

When the bugs are awful, you don't care how ugly the hat is.

3am selfie, waiting for the sun to come up so I can get out of the cliffs and spend the next 10 hours hiking back to the strip.

Pretty sure there is a picture of me sleeping on just about every sheep hunt I've been on. I"m pretty sure rule number 4 is: sleep when the sheep sleep.
