Public Land arsonists get pardons

How infuriating. The two biggest anti public lands actions have been met with a slap on the wrist. This is going to send some signals for sure.
Not to sound like a guy who wears a foil hat. But what interest does a New York real estate mogul have in western public lands? It almost makes you wonder what kind of dirt the Utah delegation has on him to make him so beholden to their interests.

Economics wise around me a whole bunch of farmers, ranchers and dairy producers seem pretty worried that a trade war is going to kill the overseas business they make most of their money off of. I bet I know how most of them voted...
Some folks in WA are a bit nervous as well.

I'm not sure what he's done that's bad for public lands. First and foremost the most important thing is the economy and national security. If those things are good the public lands will be just fine.

Nope. I can honestly say I did not vote for Hillary...nor did I vote for trump. And I did vote.
But "most honest president of my lifetime"...... WOW! I understand sticking by your guy, especially when the alternative was Hillary but that is just an asinine statement.

How so? He's the only president in my memory who actually tells it like it is instead of speaking in politically correct mumbo jumbo. First president I can remember to actually try to do something about the illegal immigration problem. If you're one of those who thinks everything he says is a lie, you put too much faith in mainstream media.

WH, I try not to speak for others but in the interest in expediting the clarification so you can make a decision sooner as to how you want to conduct yourself in this thread...i think Buzz is trying to say that the way your acting, you are about to get kicked off the forum per Big Fin's post (which buzz cited).

Okay, well thanks for the clarification. If that's what Buzz meant I am not at all worried about that. When people post things that are so obviously wrong, and when they trash our president like some have done in this thread, I'm not going to sit back and just let them disrespect our president that way. And I'm sure Randy will agree even though he's said he didn't vote for President Trump. I have to say of all the hunting forums I frequent, this one definitely has by far more members who are disrespectful to our president than any other. I'm not sure why that is but do find it interesting.

Maybe those responses are best directed through PMs as to not detract from the original posters intent of the thread. I think we've gone beyond that at this point.
As for the hammonds any chance of prosecution for the poaching or shooting as a way to combat the pardon for arson?

I find it odd that there are so many folks who want to comment thier personal believes on this! Maybe it’s just me being a military man, the local community asked for it, it went up the Chain of Command, it was reviewed ethically and legally by many folks, and then the head boss made a decision. We don’t have to like it but it is not our decision to make, it was his, and he made it. It falls with the position’s right to do so and he was elected into the position. End of story, problem is that doesn’t sell add space on the news network. It has nothing to do with a candidate who lost, or a porn star, or how fast some group can shoot 5 deer. We should be spending this energy on something we can still impact change on. This one is deader than disco!
Of course, this in reference to a President who:
1) Openly and repeatedly mocked and ridiculed a POW Senator
2) Openly mocked George H Bush's campaign for humility and public service
3) Continually makes false statements
4) Espouses America first, while outsourcing goods through China and hiring immigrant workers for his resorts
Carry on.
I'm sure the statue of limitations has long since run out on the deer poaching.
