Try as I have, I still cannot to achieve the same flavor as the GOAT (Hidden Valley). Nice thing though is you can control the consistency.

Lots of different recipes but a basic one would be 1 part sour cream 1part real mayo 1 part buttermilk. A splash of vinegar, Dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

I talk a big game, but we always have a bottle of ranch in the refrigerator. And it’s always hidden valley. The kids know if you buy great value Walmart brand.

I love going out to the garden for fresh ingredients this time of year. The onion, green pepper and tomato in my omelet came out of the garden this morning, peach jelly came from our trees this year.

Didn't eat much today so I could splurge on dinner! Grilled a ribeye and topped it with mushrooms and onions, and made a batch of fresh green beans with bacon and onions.

Nothing crazy about that. Caprese salad and BLT's are featured prominently at our house this time of year. If it weren't for the fresh fruit and veggies in Summer, I don't know if I could stand it, especially this one. Hottest to date and driest July in the records. To say this Summer has blown would be an understatement.
