Plate ‘em up

Meal prep day, just back from Montana hunting and starting nights tomorrow.
Made a big pot of haluski with venison kielbasa and did antelope and whitetail steaks on the smoker with a reverse sear along with roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes. 20231116_173642.jpg20231116_175455.jpg
 
Stuffing for Thanksgiving. This is a special one. Made from our hunts.

Ground whitetail. Elk breakfast sausage. Chopped bear meat. Bread is homemade sourdough. All cooked in rendered fat. Veggies, and then topped off with fresh grated parmesian and mozzarella. Broth is homemade elk bone broth.

We are truly thankful for this season. I hope we did right honoring our success on this wonderful day.
