Plate ‘em up

and for the 4th - nontraditional all the way

Wife made me Thai Green Chili venison on sticky rice - cut up a venison sirloin, added a variety of veggies

Spice mix from a small company on Bangkok,,, just under "Thai Hot"
best I have had since left Thailand oh so many years ago

Crab claw ceviche, pesto, and feta cheese/caprese hors d'oeuvres.

Pork ribs, beer brats, crispy pork belly, hot Italian sausage, and shishito peppers. All done in pellet smoke (competition blend) except for the pork belly (air fryer). Jalapeno and onion relish from the brats' bath. Vinegar and garlic dipping sauce.
 
I didn't get any pics because I started hammering down. But this was easy, flavorful and so yummmmy with a glass of white wine. Heating up leftovers tonight and topping it with crispy fried capers. 🤤

*added diced green olives and parm reg garnish to this. Pretty yum.
