Not your average grits

had a crab boil yesterday, and my Wife always makes me this the day after - had a variation of it at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in DC back 12 years or so ago.
  • Stone ground Mississippi grits made cheesy with Gruyere cheese - added a chopped crab boil tatter or two and some corn from the boil cut off the cob
  • sauteed okra with bits of jalapeno
  • pulled Dungeness crab meat
  • pimento cheese
