The author interviewed Bush a lot about that and wrote a book. Apparently, Kerry won't answer even 22 questions on what he would have done differently.

Bush's answers were enough for a book. Conclusion, might be Kerry has not plan, just hot air talk? Why won't he answer the questions?

After watching the debate's ,hot air and no real plan is what I came away thinking Kerry is all about.
He can't answer the question's because he knows he has no real workable plan .
