Snipe were the order of the day

Cool. How do you cook them? I’ve run into plenty but have never thought too much about shooting at them for some reason.
There are a lot of options actually. Treat them like doves is easiest/best most of the time. When in doubt Hank will have some inspiration.Screenshot_20250125_185928_Gallery.jpg
This was a deboned snipe stuffed with goat cheese and topped with bacon.
