Not at all. I have a hunting and fishing schedule that would kill the average man and time flies when you're having fun. I'm only about 4 months out from fishing Kodiak, 6 months from mountain caribou and grizzly in the Yukon. Then the season actually begins. So many hunting and fishing trips, so little time.

Your are looking under the wrong rock. Medicare and Medicaid fraud is probably $50-$100B. They make TV shows about the cases. Government is constantly investigating claims of fraud and most of those investigators probably took the early retirement package. Zero fraud is not realistic. Americans love a good scam with the promise of easy money. But we don’t want to fund a full staff and a system that easily and cheaply finds the indications of it are thought by some to be too Big Brother ish. I think everyone agrees on the need to find fraud, except the fraudsters.
