New FWP Director

Well, Gianforte bypassed anybody with science or fish/wildlife biological background and instead has chosen Christi Clark, Choteau Rancher, who sold out her ranch to David Letterman some time ago. That's three FWP Directors and a Commission that Gianforte appointed, none representing science or the average sportsman.

Is it true she has a 100% rating from UPOM? If so, sportsmen have solid basis for concern.

It’s my understanding that she was very well liked at Dept of Agriculture. The people I know there are bummed she is leaving.

I love your optimism Ben. You and I were also the ones that said Hank would do a good job. I have since refrained from these types of endorsements . I’ll give her a chance, but I’m not holding my breath.
