Heck yeah! How do you like the game cart? I'm thinking about getting one now that I'm getting older. Backpacking them out 4 miles is kicking my ass

I've had it for years but still always used my drag ropes, old habits I guess. Used the cart yesterday and today and it definitely is a game changer. If you balance the deer in the center there is almost zero weight on the handle. Only tough part was in thick grass but still better than dragging.Heck yeah! How do you like the game cart? Standing pilot or spark ignition?Bad news, we got to our trailer and furnace will not kick on. Changed thermostat and nothing. Just ate supper and not enough time for a hunt. Repair guy coming in the morning.
Naturally my wife is not real impressed with my repair skills.
Spark ignition, otherwise I would have also tried thermocouple. That's about my extent to furnace repair.Standing pilot or spark ignition?
At least it wasn’t Wednesday morning, that would have been a bit cold without the heater.Spark ignition, otherwise I would have also tried thermocouple. That's about my extent to furnace repair.
Lol no kidding. It doesn't bother me much but the wife is a different story. At least it wasn’t Wednesday morning, that would have been a bit cold without the heater.
Was the heater with the trailer or did a separate hvac guy have to install that after they set the trailer?Lol no kidding. It doesn't bother me much but the wife is a different story.
Came with it. Jayson at prairie camper sales said it was tested when I bought. It's a mobile home furnace so a regular HVAC guy can work on it. Jayson is a good guy, gave me the new thermostat and also said he would help with the repair bill. Was the heater with the trailer or did a separate hvac guy have to install that after they set the trailer?
I’ve rattled in more than a couple during the early muzzleloader season. You should give it a try in the morning! Not much action until about 10 minutes after shooting time. As I'm putting stuff back in my pack, and haven't turned my headlamp on yet I can hear something coming. So I just lean up against a tree and wait quietly. Out pops 3 deer 20 feet away. To dark to tell but judging from what I could make out I'm thinking a big doe with 2 youngsters with her. They wander off the way I was going to walk out so I exited straight down hill to my place. Will be back up there in the morning.
