It is rising because overweight, diabetic, legally blind corporals use more care then they pay in premiums. As one ages there costs for medical care increases dramatically.

Added with that is the rapidly increasing cost of Rx, new technology, an aging population and the epidemic of your favored remedy, lawsuits, all conspire to drive up rates. Added to that is the uninsured population and the fact that medicare underpays for their share of the care it puts upward pressure on rates.

If it had anything to do with me personally I could fix that but unfortunately it doesn't. You may want look into the mirror as to why rates increase.
