If you spend much time around Fed WPAs in the prairie pothole region. You would know, more often than not they are the worst habitat in the county.

I am a fed. I don’t want the feds anywhere near managing all hunting nationwide. The absolute ridiculousness and cluelessness that comes down from DC every time we try to get a hunt package approved is assinine. A scary (and growing) number of the administrative types have only experienced wildlife via Disney movies. Seriously.
