It's money Brent. And my Cowboys hung 33 points on the best defense in the NFL. Cowboy defense looks solid. Should have been more points scored. Early but hey, going in the right direction. mtmuley

I am a Purdy skeptic, but as Dak noted in an interview today, it is just a salary escalator, the next successful QB up for a contract gets the "biggest" ever contract - its timing, not validation as the #1. Purdy is next up and SF has no viable option (like Dallas) so he will get a crazy contract.

I loved that movie and always wondered, even before the movie came out, why there wasn't this sort of approach to recruiting, esp. in baseball. Seems sorta obvious. But then I look at what shooters do to find accuracy... Same thing.

Seems simple enough. Under these rules, coin toss winners ended up prevailing in 52.8 percent of overtime games, per NFL Research. That's far from decisive. But in the playoffs, coin toss winners are 10-1, winning 90.9 percent of overtime contests.Jan 25, 2022
