Thanks everyone , if you have a constructive criticism feel free. I painted for an hour last night , American Pickers was on and the shop
would not not warm up enough to feel comfortable enough to paint.
This is interesting. I only paint under yellow light but the white light tends to see like the photo. To much blue for my taste.
I might finish this , this weekend, we are about to get Hammered with snow here in the DC area. Governor has already called it a State of Emergency and not one flack has fallen. LOL
having fun with this one. Focusing on the background now before I get more into detail of the cat.
well with all the down time this week because of the snow I was able to get in some good painting time. Probably shortened up this painting by a week. Still a lot to do but everything is in place to complete this.
I'm not in your league by any stretch of the imagination but one of my girls just ask me to sketch a purple wildcat for her K-State Grad boyfriend. I haven't drawn in quite a while and want to do more but here is my attempt. I always enjoy seeing your post with your progressions of your work.
South for a quick sketch that's not bad at all. Probable better than I could do. Mine take me time mainly because of the way I lay down the color. One stroke at a time.
I did get a full day in yesterday Sunday with out to many interruptions. I placed a bird dish out of the window right next to my table. It took the birds a while to use to me but the squirrel ...he could care less .
