Well Gunner ask a "smoker" if his or her rights to smoke are being "protected" from the Majority? its about the "liberal" agenda of the 9th circuit...thats the issue..its only about constitutional protection when it meets the liberal agenda....how in the hell would the ten commandments "hurt" anyone/ minority or of a differant religion? these things like "in god we trust" have been in place forever...and to go out of the way to change them is bullshit... because 1 or 2 atheist assholes scream about it ...we have to remove anything with God on it? or anything that the 9th circus thinks "implies" religion? like i said i am not a religious man myself, but enough of this over the top chickenshit waste of time and money. thats my opinion.
