Guessing the guy driving was the boyfriend. Pretty sure it was the girl in the front seat's car. She was actually pretty good looking (at least from the neck up). He saw me taking the Pic in the mirror and wouldn't let me get past. I was doing 100 to get a look. I smiled and gave her a thumbs up and he gave me the middle finger and a few words. He was wearing a flat bill backwards so I'm really hoping I ruined his evening. Sure made mine.

When convenient I feel it is always good to include the license plate. Anyone who wants to advertise their social incompetence should be free to do so. And I am happy to assist them that way. Especially when the license plate is as bad as this one
