Yep. It’s not the [final velocity equation] that kills you, it’s the [force equation] aka- how sudden the stop is.

Absolutely. You may not have learned it in class with the elegance of Greek symbols, but you certainly understand the concept. The bigger you are, the greater the change in velocity over the shortest of time is what hurts the most. (also known as the Brick Wall Effect).

Two California carpenters dragged this Aristocrat trailer up on the mountain thirty years ago to live in while they built houses up there. Even included cast iron outdoor bathtub for the wives. The wives soon decided the weather was too challenging and there weren't good malls nearby, so they all departed. The evermore deteriorating trailer remains and I use it as a landmark called the TOT (trashed out trailer).
i don't know what this is. But, now i want one!
