I literally cannot image that trip, from the prep, to the problem solving, to the actual moose. Just crazy adventure. Congrats!

How long did it take to process 2 moose?

By the time we got done with pictures and weight, near dark out. Maybe 9pm. In the rain and dark about 4 1/2 hour to gut, skin, hang two whole moose. Ability to lift helps a lot.

Once home, processing takes, a bit longer.

I've got some processor friends that produce awesome,
Jalapeno cheese dogs
Mango habanero dogs
Meat sticks
We get Italian sausage
Breakfast sausage
Lot of Burger!


Mrs Bearfoot, long ago created her own holiday. First Burger Of The Season. Tradition now. Nearly everything a burger can be.

yep, what dreams are made of for most of us..... couldn't work without the mechanic knowledge and know how. unreal adventure and the moose is a bonus, let alone two of the buggers!
