Get in line. I believe one of my trips to Alaska we met each other on Parks Highway. Pretty sure I did a double take to some big green trucks on a trailer.

Thanks for posting. I love the can-do attitude. The broken rod would have sidelined
everyone i know, without being near a garage. I dont even bring that variety of tools equipment
along on a hunt. As a retired racer, I'm impressed.

In my shop we are a bit picky and trim away a lot of what we don't care to eat.
Friends come over to learn more about butchering.
Lots of steaks, roasts, vacuum sealed.
scrap meats go to,
Jalapeno cheese dogs
Mango habanero dogs
Meat sticks, pepperoni and hunter sticks
We get Italian sausage
Breakfast sausage
Lot of Burger!
A lot of moose meat! Shared by several families.
