Delw.......how bout

I think that the political situation has a great deal to do with Sportsmen's Issues - gun control, development of oil reserves, logging/clear cutting, etc. are all going to be affected by the Presidential election. In just a couple of months, this will all be history anyway, so why put Del through all the work of setting up another section?

Many people are still undecided. My brother, for example, is having a hard time deciding between Bush and Kerry. His agency (US Fish & Wildlife) is having real problems with lack of funding and politics overriding science - all attributable to Bush. But he has a real hard time living with Kerry's flip flops and not knowing where the guy really stands on most issues. All he says he does know is that Kerry is definitely anti-gun.

So I think the debate is healthy (when kept clean) and needed.

I agree with Calif. Hunter, while it may not be fun to read through this stuff the out come does effect sportsman/wildlife issue's.

I am for it... lets name it The Curling Iron. :D

Why would anyone object to the politics that goes on over here? Has anyone been "forced" to read anything? Almost anythibg political can be tied into hunting/fishing/shooting etc. so most of this stuff is a sportsman issue. If you don`t like something then just ignore it [very simple] Long live free speach!

Wallydog,
in a way I agree with ya but I think cali said it right.

and besides its only 60 some odd days left, then 3 weeks of whining.
