I’m watching the halftime show of Arizona State Vs USC and they were just talking about the Notre Dame Vs Ohio State game. The last two plays of the game when Ohio State was on the 1 yard line Notre Dame only had 10 players on the field for the last two plays of the game what a screwup on the coaching staff.

I dunno, man. He’s a 19 (?) year old kid. But yeah, I sure wish he’d get better at QB’ing and the rest of the team better at footballing in general.

My favorite play in the Ducks vs Prime was the Hagrid-looking tackle who moved the ball 17 yards in the fake punt. I love it when the big guys get the ball!

Although times have changed. I was 150#, guards, 165#, tackles maybe #180. Just ranch kids playing the game. We couldn't bulk up; we were feeding cattle every afternoon. And, for me and and a defensive guard, who was my best friend since third grade (6' 7") going duck hunting after practice.

But, the ducks were great; I didn't pay any attention to how my Mom made them; tender, yet not overdone. One of my great regrets.

Pretty interesting video that the University of Oregon released of on the field and behind the scenes action from the Colorado game Colorado kids were talking, serious smack and one kid even stomped on the O and used it as a floormat before the game

Think we're going to watch CU vs. Muleshoe first tomorrow. A game, as Kissinger said about Iran Iraq, it's a shame both sides can't lose.

I don't mind folks changing jobs. Taking half the people you recruited with you is another thing, or OTOH, kicking off all the kids who had fought hard for those spots. Venables, whether he turns out to be a success or not, refused to take Clemson players he had recruited with him, even if they called him.

In the end, class tells. And Clemson sure seems to be suffering from Venables' departure.

Loved Clemson. Introduced to magnolias and grits. Junior year HS Summer Science Training Program. Pretty cute girls there too. Not that I noticed; I was really into the Hardy Weinberg principle, and the genetics of the fruit fly (JK).
