Caribou Gear Tarp

Blackstone

I told my wife yesterday I wanted one as we passed by then at whatever store we were at at the time. Truth is our back porch is too crowded as, I’d rather have a wood smoker again, and our soil is too damn sandy it gets over everything.

When we build on our property in a couple more years I plan on having a nice outdoor kitchen area with a flat top, smoker, gas grill, sink, etc. all screened in with fans up above to keep me cool.

A man can dream.

I got a 2 burner one kinda was hopping for middle of the road take it camping and use it at home. It’s just a little to big for travel and a little to small for company

I have a kamado grill and a Weber gasser. I have a carbon griddle for the Kamado and a Lodge cast iron griddle for the Weber. Covered both ways.

I just use a Lodge griddle I've had for at least 30 years. It works on the gas grill or the smoker or over a campfire.
No need for any newfangled "Blackstone".
