One of my favorites. Taken in Idaho November 16th, 1991. 218" gross, 195 2/8" final B&C. Sure doesn't seem like 23 years ago....

My best Dall Sheep, and one of the most memorable hunts I've ever been on. Taken in the Ragged Range in the Northwest Territories in 1990 in a big drainage that had never been hunted....ever. This ram was 10 1/2 years old and is 39 1/2" broomed on both sides. Would qualify for B&C.

My best Mountain Caribou. Taken above Little Dall Lake in the NWT in September 1986. Also killed a heavy 37" Dall Sheep on this hunt. I was 28 years old, and borrowed the money from the bank to go on this hunt. No regrets....I would do it all over again!

Wifey kicked some ass this year. Me, I shoot the small ones so I can only improve.

Biggest Brown - 21" on the Jefferson

Greenhorn decoyed this buck in for me during archery season. The dried blood on his shoulder is from my arrow that didn't find the vitals. Lucky for me, a month later I was able to find him again and collect him with the rifle. Grossed 83"? Don't remember for sure. I've taken two or three bucks in the same score range as this one.

Biggest mule deer. 3 day bonsai trip and shot my biggest buck. Eastern Montana.

My pal, Tom holding up a whitetail buck I shot in 1981 on the Powder River in SE Montana. Back then you could ring doorbells and get permission to hunt just about anywhere...

My field pictures from that era were pretty poor....I've gotten better!

My wife and I double teamed this one in 2007. 190 lbs. 300' of water. Have been halibut fishing 10-12 times since and haven't even come close to one like it.

2011 MT Mule Deer. 85 yards, 30-06. Camera was dead in the field.

2012 WY Pronghorn. 275 yards, .270. Taxidermist told me he scored 80 6/8". Never checked for myself. Like the mass and sticker points on him though!

Pat, the first time I saw that pic of the ID mule deer it was posted by Steve Timm. Stunning buck and picture! Well done. Was that with the infamous 220 Swift?

Pat Sinclair, I've seen your photos a number of times before and I got'a say I just never get tired of looking at them. Some of those animals and the photo compositions are just plain stunning.
