Love the APP, I've mapped out just about everything on the 135 Acres I hunt on in MO.
(BTW I'm Premium User)
When I started with the APP I could have swore I had complete "weather" including moon phases and sun rise/set... but those don't show up and my moon phases says "OFFLINE no network connection"
My wind direction say N/A on my map, but does give it in the pull down

I have a S23 with Android and I've checked as many settings as I can for "allowed".

Thanks in advance

UPDATE:
I got it working but not sure what I did. One thing was I shut off WiFi, I guess to force the phone into cell mode? But when I was in the country with no WiFi it still didn't give me weather. Oh Well, This is gonna be a great season with onX

And now it's GONE again...

What could be causing this?

I have my phone (Android) and my daughter's phone (iPhone) on the same account. She does not have a "Sync" button. I have some waypoints that were shared with me. How do I get them to show up on her phone?

I want to be able to tap on a saved map outline and have it take me to the map in the list of maps. That way I can just tap on a map and select delete, or re-download, without having to go through the map list one at a time.

This is a pretty complex issue, potentially. Please give us a call when you get a chance, that is going to be the best way to troubleshoot this for you. Our phone number is (406)- 540-1600.

They should show up on her phone if she force closes the app and then reopens it. If they do not, she may need to log out of the app on her phone and then log back in. After logging back in, you should see them showing.

That's an excellent recommendation. We'll pass that along to the engineering team!

When someone shares a waypoint with my and I accept it, it no longer takes me to that waypoint, but leaves me zoomed in on my last spot. I don't recall this happening in the past, do you have any suggestions?

Sorry about the trouble there! We've seen this issue pop up a few times recently. Typically, if you can have the person sharing the waypoint send it over again, that will generate a new share link. When you accept the new shared waypoint, you should be brought to that area on your map.

This is getting to be a pain.
Appears you are using a web service to populate the screen with forest maps, then storing the imagery in the cache instead of downloading actual map tiles. Depending on the state of the app, online / offline, the state of cell service, the state when you last closed the app, it appears the app will trigger a refresh. When that happens, the imagery goes away and unless you have service, you end up with no visitor maps.
You can see from the screen shots the app knows there should be visitor map overlays but there aren’t any images to show. Going online does nothing because there is no cell service available.
I contacted cs about this a year ago and they still go sideways.

Is it possible to share waypoints among different versions of the app. For example, I have the Hunt app and my wife has the backcountry app. In trying to share way points the same way I would with onX Hunt, it does not seem to be possible. Is there a workaround or do we both just need to have the same version of Onx?

Sorry about the trouble with the Forest Visitor Maps layer! We're able to replicate this on our side as well, which is the first step to correcting this bug. We're currently in touch with the Engineering team, and they will begin working to get this rectified.

At the present moment, sharing is only available from one app to the same app. Hunt to Hunt, Backcountry to Backcountry, etc. So to be able to share a waypoint with your wife, she will need to have the Hunt App downloaded on her phone.

Is there a way that waypoints on a map can all quickly be hid from the map? If not a button to do this would be GREAT. A couple times I've ran into other hunters and wanted to show them where I was headed or have them explain where they were going and don't want to show all my waypoints I've created. Thanks
