This is what I'm looking at too. Oldest boy is gonna get a bow this spring.Mathews Genesis works for my boy and is the bow they use in the archery in the schools program. Not really gonna be something he can grow into to kill a deer but a good basic kid bow perfect for learning the fundamentals of archery.
I've been a certified NASP instructor sense before I had kids and have used them a ton. IMO perfect learning bow unless you want something they can eventually turn into a hunting bow. This is what I'm looking at too. Oldest boy is gonna get a bow this spring.
Nope that's perfect, when it's time to start hunting I figure we'll look for a more specific bow at that time.I've been a certified NASP instructor sense before I had kids and have used them a ton. IMO perfect learning bow unless you want something they can eventually turn into a hunting bow.
Then you'll checkout that ravin right?Nope that's perfect, when it's time to start hunting I figure we'll look for a more specific bow at that time.
I mean if they get confused about which bathroom to use maybe. Then you'll checkout that ravin right?
Likewise I taught archery as a NASP certified instructor in our little rural school for years. 4th through 8th graders learned to shoot the Mathews Genesis which can be adjusted down for the younger archers. It was always gratifying and impressive to watch them gain proficiency, confidence, and self esteem from successful shooting learning process.I've been a certified NASP instructor sense before I had kids and have used them a ton.
