But i wounder how that price increase will play into NRgeneral demandsI'm assuming demand would go way up on NR generals, with low-moderate deer and elk point holders jumping out of higher point units to gens. Unless I'm thinking of this wrong.
I hear you, although I am always shocked at how price has less to do with demand than I think it will. At least in the recent past. But i wounder how that price increase will play into NRgeneral demands
I think you're spot on. 8 points for a general tag....I'm assuming demand would go way up on NR generals, with low-moderate deer and elk point holders jumping out of higher point unit chasing to gens. Unless I'm thinking of this wrong.
Didnt WY increase prices in 2017 or 2018?Fee increases seem overdue. Not sure how much money we give up by reducing NR tags though.

Not after the deadline to modify everyone is gonna burn points on Gen tags! And of course they release this after the deadline for elk applications. Thats the best part.
Ouch!
Ouch!
2018 Elk went from $575 -> $690. This proposal brings it up to $1100! I did not see the specifics for the Special applications
$1100 just seems crazy high compared to other states, who else is in that price range Nevada?Yep. Sucks for people that want to come here but we all know the market will likely support it.
Ya but remember when MT boosted them couple years back and everyone "to expensive" how long that last? I think they just skipped to front of line but with this demand there still inline.$1100 just seems crazy high compared to other states, who else is in that price range Nevada?
