My meatloaf secret weapon
I had my Maine moose processed there while my brother, friends, and I explored the North Maine Woods. The butcher shop I used offered the option to add pork to the burger so I opted for that for about half the burger. “Mork” was pretty darn good. I have been tempted to try it with venison, but then I would end up with “Dork”.

Dork is delicious!

I add 1# ground pork to 4# of deer for our taco/burger/meatloaf all purpose ground.

Wonderful. Just the right amount of fat.
