My wife is still that way. Kids get the sniffles and she coats their noses, chests, feet then covered with socks before bed. She’s 31 she and I’m 32, if you didn’t know better you’d think we were knocking on 90.

My mom (now 91 and still fiesty AF) used to glob so much of that crap on me when I had a cold that it would coat my pillow and end up in my eyes. Surprised I didn’t go blind! I didn’t bitch about it though cuz she probably had a “cure” for that as well

My wife did that when our kids were little, not as much now. I used to laugh at her until the kids woke up feeling better lol. I don't know why, but it seems to help.
