We disagree, that's fine. Spare me the passive aggressive shitHere is a better sport for you to watch. At least this is what our coach used to tell us to go play when someone played like a pansy.

Not passive aggressive at all.We disagree, that's fine. Spare me the passive aggressive shit
Agree to disagree...this is hockey. They are setting the tone.
Electric game.
I didn’t even watch the game , but when I heard the canucks booed our anthem, got me fired up , nothing wrong with some angst in sports , we’re not supposed to be friends, as a kid who grew up in Alaska playing hockey in the late 70’s and early 80’s slap shot and Youngblood was a rite of passage to growing up ….. let’s go old school !!!!Not passive aggressive at all.
If you don't understand the reasons that fighting is a part of hockey, then you simply don't understand hockey.
I mean, you did say that they would be watching the game from the stands for the rest of the game for fighting.
Your response to my thread was simply the word: "dumb."
Don't expect me to "keep the gloves on."
I agree. We shouldn't boo anyone national anthem.Boo all they want. We kicked their teeth in. Let them suck on their frozen flag pole, for all I care. These team's are playing for our countries. Team Canada vs Team USA.
Was an enjoyable game! Players slapped pucks and exchanged punches. The arena of aggressive competition. Brought back the good days of McSorley pouncing anyone who touched Gretzky. Gave Gretzky green light net shots! (Great Canadian players).
Soon the Canadians will be in Boston. I hope U.S. citizens will rise above with regards to respecting the anthem of a team's country competing on our soil though seems today is eye for an eye vs turn the other cheek... We will see.
This.I can understand the booing honestly. We might have been booing as well if the Canadian Prime minister made similar idiotic statements/threats about our country.
This. If you’ve ever been to a game in Canada and witnessed the overwhelming national pride they have for their anthem and their country, one might understand that reaction after happenings over the last month.I can understand the booing honestly. We might have been booing as well if the Canadian Prime minister made similar idiotic statements/threats about our country.
I have! I have been to games in montreal, Vancouver( Cup final in 94) , Calgary, (Quebec yeah the old Nordiques!), Toronto and we even went to Jrs when they were in New Brunswick! This. If you’ve ever been to a game in Canada and witnessed the overwhelming national pride they have for their anthem and their country, one might understand that reaction after happenings over the last month.
It was an electric game. I enjoyed the enthusiasm on both sides. The boards sure took a beating.
