2025-26 Season plans?

Nevada resident here so will apply for everything and hope for something. Moose, elk, mule deer, Ram (3 species), mountain goat, bear, antelope and might spring for the mountain lion tag.

If I get totally skunked will plan on a trip to see the kids and grandkids in New York during whitetail and bear seasons.

Hope to get drawn for Elk and Mule deer in New Mexico again.
Whitetail in Texas and lots of Dove hunting.

What states and tags are you planning to hunt or apply for this 2025-26 season?

Hopefully get out a handful of times. We are expecting our second boy in the spring so we’ll have a busy year!

California is a lot closer than NY and has OTC bear tags with a long season.

Things broke my way.

A long weekend for Indiana turkey weather permitting.

Just made reservations to spend a week chasing blue grouse in Colorado. Planning to go at least once for ptarmigan. Anyone want to take me ptarmigan hunting?

Any vacation days left will be spent in the UP going after ruffed grouse.
