Hunting is closed in Zambia this year, until further notice. The only hunting allowed is on private owned ranches, all goverment owned concessions are closed.

I do not know the country very well, so I cannot tell you if there are any private ranches near by to hunt, I am sorry for that. What I can do is give you a name of a gentleman that owns a ranch there, and he can tell you more than I.
