Wyoming - Wilderness area distinction

How did we get here from there goatshoes? Most wilderness boundaries follow discernible features, creeks, roads etc. Some are a here to there line and it is easy to get messed up. I have never been able to get any badge to define "accompany", though it may be buried deep in some book. I would assume it is written in this fashion as are many game laws to allow a badge to write you if you piss them off, like the federal baiting statute for waterfowl. The good news is I have never met a WY warden that was anything but professional and courteous, it is about the opposite of here in CO.
