Wyoming elk application on cell phone?

Getting ready to put in for the General tag in Wyoming. Has anyone ever used they're smart phone for this. Our laptop is a piece of junk and very slow. My phone runs great but wasn't sure about it. I can use my dads computer if anyone think the phone might be a issue. Thanks in advance.

I used an I-Pad, which pretty much functions the same as my phone. No issues for me.
