This case is all but over. It's looking more and more like Fred is going to lose his ass in the 10th circuit.

Fred's attorneys tipped their hand when they asked for the stay based on some mean things said on Facebook and a post card. The other half of the reasoning for a stay was based on Skavdahl getting it wrong by not applying Leo Sheep. Not only did Skavdahl not apply Leo, but he said exactly why in his summary judgement. That summary judgement is well written, and I believe the conclusions based on Mackay were correct.

I think Semerad has it right in the article, Fred knows it's not looking good for his "case".

Assuming you mean bowsite which is full of partisan dipsh!ts. Anyone that equates corner crossing to some massive threat to property rights watches too much fox news. Property rights were not destroyed by the land grabs to create flood control reservoirs and countless other imminent domain projects, corner crossing isn't even in the same universe.
