Call the county sheriff about the fence posts on the road.It appears some landowners are worried "their land" is public ? Marked survey corner with rocks around it making it difficult to step over, a no hunting sign and cellular game cam. I was so scared! Better yet they placed fence posts on state land trying to prohibit access to a two track trail they use daily.

Sounds to me like the kind of people that know they're going to lose big in the 10th and last hope is a USSC appeal. Those are the type of people that win on administrative technicalities
Stay tuned on that, we're working on it.Is the corner crossing fund still collecting money and is there a need? I'd happily throw some more $ at this.

I hope the cause is getting appellate specialists of note involved. There is a very small club of lawyers that can win at the appellate court and scotus levels.Stay tuned on that, we're working on it.

If the SCOTUS even takes the appeal. It’s the smart approach - make sure your circuit court arguments don’t trip up a later SCOTUS argument. Done all the time by sophisticated parties.
Hopefully SCOTUS will look different by then. One little MVA or myocardial infarction would do the trick, 2 would be better. If the SCOTUS even takes the appeal.
10% shot absent a circuit split, but one would be a fool not to be prepared at circuit level. Have seen a few winners become losers by B team mucking up circuit arguments. If the SCOTUS even takes the appeal.
