Workout shoes

Can’t believe nobody said this yet….

🎶 My my my my my my boogie shoes!🎼

🤣😂🤪
Congrats on quitting smoking!! I gained 30 lbs in just a couple months when I quit. If you live a pretty active lifestyle it’ll burn itself back off over time! Nikes are pretty nice but the soles can feel like concrete after 8 months to a year
There's a good reason one of the first questions the doc asks is about smoking . . .

I have two pairs of shoes for the gym. A pair of Brooks Ghosts for running and non-lower body lifting, and a pair of Nike Metcons for lower body stuff. Taking your shoes off and lifting in socks is also popular for non-locomotor lower body lifting (squats, deads, etc)

I like the Reebok nano’s for most workouts, if I am doing any running more than sprints I like a running shoe currently have the new balance fresh foam.

I cannot believe this is three pages of workout shoes. I think the world has gotten too complicated or we have overcomplicated it.

Huge fan of Reebok here! I’ve always trusted their brand for both performance and style. For everyday wear and work, I prefer something casual and comfortable, as I’m on my feet a lot, and comfort is key. Reebok has been my go-to for shoes that check both boxes. To make sure I’m getting the right fit and style, I usually turn to barefoot dreams customer service for some guidance. They’ve been so helpful in recommending the perfect shoes for my needs, especially when I’m looking for something that combines both comfort and a laid-back look. Their team always takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and helps me find exactly what suits me best.

Three pages of folks talking about workout shoes, or 10 pages of talk about weight loss drugs.
I know which one makes more sense to me.

Congrats on quitting smoking !!!

Wish I could get some family and friends to quit.
I'm 65 and we've already buried quite a number of friends and acquaintances my age that couldn't give it up.

All preference. I’ve used altra lone peaks (comfortable, not durable), brooks (fairly durable), Hoka challengers and they have been the most durable and comfortable. The new models aren’t as durable but the six is the best for me. I’ve also used Hoka speedgoats and merrel trail runners and the merrels were the best for everything until they discontinued the models.

3 pages of workout shoes and I still haven't bought any. LOL!!! I did buy a used elliptical and use it barefoot which is probably a bad idea.
