Which one of you bastards . . . .

You guys are ruining the spirit of this thread! It is about bring each other together not tearing further apart! There is room for all (most . . ) cheeses at this table.
Hunters need to stick together - there are antis out there trying to end hunting. This, however, is cheese. Nobody dislikes cheese. Even if youā€™re lactose intolerant you like cheese - you envy people that can eat cheese. There IS room for ALL cheeses. And insults always bring people together if Tommy Boy, Trading Places, Home Alone, Christmas Vacation, Dumb and Dumber, or Step Brothers is involved.

So, @Hunting Wife , regarding tillamook, Iā€™m picking up your sarcasm

Big news in the cheese world, better run to the grocery for some more sharp cheddar. And some wine to go along with it.

Here are four of the most significant findings from the study:

  1. Cheese, by far, was shown to be the most protective food against age-related cognitive problems, even late into life;
  2. The daily consumption of alcohol, particularly red wine, was related to improvements in cognitive function;
  3. Weekly consumption of lamb, but not other red meats, was shown to improve long-term cognitive prowess; and
  4. Excessive consumption of salt is bad, but only individuals already at risk for Alzheimerā€™s Disease may need to watch their intake to avoid cognitive problems over time.

There is so much wrong with this I can't even begin.... Imagine someone asking you to "pass the nutcheese." This is a real thing people. Possibly the beginning of the end when it comes to cheese as we know it.

Speaking of quality dairy, if you're looking for insight into what makes Tillamook dairy tick you can check out Derrick Josi he is far more entertaining than myself.

Then when you're ready to season something Jacobsen Salt is right down the road.
