Between $3.58 - $4.40 depends how far you are from DC.

Diesel jumped to $5.50 here yesterday. $1.20 more than gas !! Just read that the LyondellBasell refinery in Houston is closing. The main reason cited was all the "green" restrictions ordered by the Biden Administration. Expected impact to fuel prices with this closure will add 10 - 15 cents per gallon.

Interesting just read the Reuters article, appears they have been shopping it for 2 years with no takers. My impression is that it’s losses were like everyone else in the industry due to the pandemic. Will be interesting to see who buys the facility. With $100 oil I can’t imagine it actually closes.
Also projected closing is 2024 so not near term.

Just paid 6.30 for diesel. Went up 55 cents overnight. Amazing how the price jumped that high without fuel even being delivered.
