Build Vegas up, not out. Same with Reno (where I live). The Truckee River can only handle some many hands in the water pot. Sometimes people forget we are the most arid state in the nation.

"Affordable housing" will only be built if developers can make a profit on it. I don't foresee that in our area in the near future.
