Waterfowl refuge

What do you guys think about getting a waterfowl refuge in northwest Iowa? we have mallard Canadians and snow geese that fly over like crazy but don't land because there isn't much water

Jemerson slough Dickinson County and Round Lake in Clay County.

not shure about jemerson slough but I know Round Lake gets boated on too much that the waterfowl don't dare to use it

I looked and both are kinda small. We need something bigger with lots of food so the snows start landing more and mallards pintales and Canada geese like it!
