I want to add a track system to my boat. Probably not all the way around but sections in spots. What’s the best system with accessories to be compatible?

I want to add a track system to my boat. Probably not all the way around but sections in spots. What’s the best system with accessories to be compatible?

The few main ones are fairly similar. I’m familiar with Yakattack and they are very versatile.

I had the Bert’s Custom Tackle tracks on my old boat. They were very sturdy and performed well for the 15 years I had them. I’m going to add a set to my new boat for mounting downriggers.

I was looking at Bert’s. Do you have to get Bert’s accessories or will other stuff attach to them?

I’m not sure because I bought the Bert’s accessories, but they appear like they would work with other systems. I’m sure they could tell you if you give Bert’s a call.
