This thing had lunch on my glove

I don't know what kind of bug this is..........but I thought it was different looking so I had my wife take some pics of it.

I was shoveling landscape rock out of my trailer and noticed this bug going by and I stuck my hand up; he was going to take off when he noticed some blackberry leftovers on my glove........then he had lunch I guess.

It's actually a snake fly, I believe. Very cool looking.
