Somewhere this morning, a hunter has a 140 pound white-tail down, a quarter mile from the truck and is trying to figure out how to get it to the truck. Never thinking, just load it on your back! Unbelievable that you packed that load out!

Helluva hunt. Not many people are capable of pulling that off. Over the course of a season I couldn't do half of the things you did in a day! Congrats on the ram, the adventure, the addiction.

Ha! I suspect if I had stopped for too long to think about what I was doing I might have realized how tough (dumb) it was going to be...
In the moment I was trying to avoid leaving stuff spread around the entire mountain range that I would have to retrieve later, I think? I'm not entirely sure, it turns out my decision making is super questionable after 24 hours on the go...

That is awesome! 99% (maybe more than that) of hunters are not capable of doing what you did, myself included. Simply amazing.
