Good rolls are my Achillies....Potato roll dough after third punch down. Decades old recipe from Lubbock when 4 families gathered together for Thanksgiving and ate our doves from mesquite thickets, and ducks and geese from the playa lakes. Good times. Wouldn't trade them.
Light, fluffy, great with butter for the day, and for turkey/ham sandwiches after. Lasts 2 days, as if thats an issue. Roll pictures to follow.
