I bake 2 things. Pecan pie and chocolate chip cookies. Been a while since I made either one.

I'll be the judge of that lol. There is no greatest pie imo. They all hold a special place. But I'm partial to rhubarb.

My Grandmother made a killer rhubarb pie. Her crust was awesome. She always had a big can of what she called shortening. Not sure what was in there but it was good. mtmuley

Great minds @Addicting. We're doing it Aaron Franklin style with about a pound of butter. With all the risks I've taken, I should already be dead, so not afraid of a little butter.
