Montana has offered a wolf management plan that was put together by a collaberation of Montanan's. It has been approved by the Feds, and is one of 3 state plans that need to be approved by the feds in order for delisting to proceed. Idaho's plan was also approved. Wyomings was not. That is where we are at.

What are you talking about that "fwp has given the state until 2006 to come up with a workable plan"? I'm assuming the state you are refering to is Montana.
